Overview
We understand that things happen. That’s why we offer a grace period before late fees apply and encourage you to reach out early if you’re having trouble making a payment.
Grace period and late fees
All accounts include a 14‑day grace period after the payment due date.
If your payment becomes 15 days or more past due, a late fee will be assessed. Late fees are equal to 4% of the missed minimum monthly payment.
Credit reporting for late payments
Our goal is to help you build positive credit history. However, if a loan payment becomes more than 30 days past due, it may be reported as late to the credit bureaus and could negatively impact your credit score.
If you don’t think you’ll be able to make your payment within 30 days of the due date, we encourage you to contact our Support Team. In some cases, we may suggest closing the account and trying again when the timing is better for you.
Revolv accounts and late payments
Revolv accounts have customizable monthly payments and do not have late fees for missed monthly payments.
That said, missing a payment on a Revolv account may still negatively affect your credit, depending on the circumstances and reporting status of the account.
Returned payments and NSF fees
If a payment attempt is returned due to non‑sufficient or insufficient funds, a $14 NSF fee will be added to the account.
If you have concerns about an upcoming payment or need help reviewing your options, our Support Team is here to help.
