We also accept:

- Prepaid cards
If you use a debit or prepaid card, a convenience fee will apply.
Payment methods we do not accept
CreditStrong does not accept payments from:
- Savings or money market accounts
- Credit cards (including American Express)
Credit cards aren’t accepted because using credit to pay a credit obligation does not reduce overall debt.
It’s more like moving the balance from one lender to another, rather than making a true payment from funds you already have. To support responsible credit building, payments must come from existing funds.
Important to know
- Payments submitted from unsupported account types may be rejected
- Returned or failed payments may result in a fee
