CreditStrong reports accounts to all three major credit bureaus: Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
On your credit report, your CreditStrong account will appear under the name Austin Capital Bank.
If you don’t see your account yet, there are a few common things to check.
Things to check if you don’t see your account
Timing
Credit reporting does not happen instantly. In most cases, it can take 30 to 60 days after your first payment for a new account to appear on your credit report.
Matching information
Your personal information must match what the credit bureaus have on file. Differences in your name, Social Security number, or address can delay or prevent reporting.
Bureau differences
Each credit bureau updates on its own schedule. It’s normal for your account to appear on one bureau before the others.
