Your CreditStrong Customer Portal is your secure hub for managing your account. From tracking your credit-building progress to updating personal information, everything you need is just a few clicks away.
Monitoring Your Credit Score
Each CreditStrong account comes with a monthly FICO 8 Score to track your progress as you go. For new accounts, your score should be immediately available. If it's not, try refreshing your page, or logging in again the next day.
Revolv Plus and Pro accounts come with your Score Factors and full Experian Credit Report, which can also be tracked in the customer portal.
Managing Your Information
You may update your method of payment, address, password, and contact information in the customer portal. Once your account is fully set up, you will need to contact us to request a change to your legal name.
Updating Your Method of Payment
- To change your payment method, log into your Customer Portal and navigate to the My Account or Payments section.
- You can update your bank account or debit card information here.
- Ensure updates are made before your next scheduled payment to avoid any disruptions! Maintaining your payment history is critical.
Payment methods used on your CreditStrong account must belong to you. Attempting to use a method of payment which does not belong to the account holder will result in declined payments, which can lead to late reports to your credit.
Updating Your Address & Contact Information
- To update your personal details, go to the My Account section in your Customer Portal.
- Here, you can modify your address, email, and phone number.
- As an electronic service, we use your phone number and email address to communicate important account updates to you. Keeping your contact information current ensures you receive important notifications and updates.
Your email address is your username used to log into the site. If you forget your password, your phone number or email address may be used to reset it.
When logging in on a new device, or logging in for the first time in a while, you may be asked to authenticate your device with a code sent by email or SMS to the phone number on file.
Accessing Your Statements
Your monthly account statements are available in the Documents or Statements section of your Customer Portal.
These statements provide a detailed breakdown of your payments, including interest and principal contributions. We'll email them to you as well, but here you can view or download these statements at any time.
Refer a Friend

In your Customer Portal, locate the Refer a Friend section to access your unique referral link. Share the link with your friends and family to get benefits when they sign up!
