Overview
By introducing their friends to CreditStrong, referrers can earn $25 gift cards! This is a great way for us to give back to our best customers when they give the gift of strong credit.
How does it work?
New Customers are automatically enrolled in the Refer a Friend program. In the customer portal you will have a unique link you can share with whoever you'd like to refer.
You don't have to be a customer to enroll in our RAF program. Referrals are also available to non-customers by visiting https://creditstrong.referralrock.com.
How do Referrers get credit?
When a referral clicks on the link you gave them, they are tied to the you via browser cookies – They can click around on the site, explore, or even leave and come back without disrupting anything.
Once the referral creates a profile by entering their name and email and creating a password, that profile is tied to you.
You can access your Refer a Friend link in the customer portal by selecting the "Refer a friend" menu option.
Note: Referred customers can leave and come back later, but if they've cleared cookies since clicking the link, or if they come back from another browser before starting their application, the referral attribution will drop, and the referrer will not get credit for the account they open. Referrals cannot be applied retroactively.
Referral Statuses
Installment referrals are approved once the first loan payment clears, and Revolv referrals are approved once the annual subscription payment has cleared.
Pending Referrals
Referred users who have paid their administrative fee, but haven't made their first loan payment (Installment Credit builders only).
Approved Referrals
Referred users who have made their first loan payment or, if your referral signed up for Revolv, have made their Subscription payment.
Rewards
Referral rewards are issued to qualified referrers by email, typically the business day after your referral is Approved.
