About monthly savings plans
It’s often recommended to show some usage on revolving accounts, but spending can be costly and difficult to manage.
Instead of making purchases, Revolv can be used to make advances to the linked savings account. Each advance creates a balance to pay, adding usage and payment history while saving money rather than spending it.
Keep in Mind: Monthly savings plans create a required minimum monthly payment on your Revolv credit line. While monthly savings plans are optional, payments must be made on time once they're set up.Missing a scheduled savings plan payment may result in a harm to your credit score.
Monthly Savings plans are separate from your Revolv Subscription. Customers with Monthly Subscription plans may expect to have two independent monthly payments on their Revolv account – One for the monthly subscription, and the other for the custom savings plan.
All advances from Revolv to the linked savings account are interest‑free.
How it works
When you set up a monthly Savings Plan, we make an advance from your Revolv credit line into the CreditStrong Savings Account that comes with each subscription.
These advances are interest-free, and create a balance to pay on the credit line, showing usage and payment history while building up your rainy-day fund.
If a payment is missed, new advances are paused. This gives you time to catch up and restart your monthly plan when you’re ready.
When you make three consecutive savings payments at the minimum required amount for your plan, your credit line becomes eligible for an increase.
Qualifying savings plan payments are those received within the 14-days of its due date.
Setting up your monthly Savings Plan
To get started:
- Log into your customer portal
- Select the Revolv account you want to manage
- Choose Manage Monthly Savings Plan
- Follow the step-by-step prompts to set it up
Choose a monthly amount you’re comfortable paying consistently.
On-time payments are the most important factor, and missing a payment may result in a late report being sent to the credit bureaus.
You can change your Savings Plan amount at any time. If a payment is already due, changes will take effect after the current payment is made.
Credit limit increases
You may receive a credit limit increase after completing three consecutive on-time payments at or above your plan’s minimum amount.
Each Revolv plan has different limits and increase amounts:
| Plan | Revolv Starter | Revolv Plus | Revolv Max |
| Starting Credit Line | $1,000 | $2,500 | $3,500 |
| Minimum Savings Payment for Credit Bumps | $10 | $25 | $35 |
| Credit Bump | +$200 every 3 payments | +$200 every 3 payments | +$200 every 3 payments |
| Maximum Credit Line | $2,000 | $3,500 | $4,500 |

By making steady, on-time payments, you can build payment history, grow your available credit, and save money at the same time.
